Fiberboard used in construction, car building, furniture, packaging, joinery products and other constructions protected from moisture. The raw material for the manufacture of fiberboard is raw technological wood and technological wood chips.

Thin chipboard

By manufacture of these panels is applied ultra-thin wood chips and high-quality, low urea-formaldehyde binders, providing free formaldehyde content according to emission class E-1. To increase the flexural strength and tensile plates produced in three layers with different dosing chips and adhesive inner and outer layers.

We produce profile details from softwood and hardwood timber in the assortment.

Flanges for cable reels

We are ready to produce flanges for cable reels in according to your drawings from plywood of various thickness. Flanges are manufactured on CNC machines.

Pre-cuts of plate materials and metals

We are ready to make a cutting of plate materials in accordance with the technical requirements of the customer.
Our equipment also created for the cutting of arbitrary contours from different materials. We are able to process plastic, double-layer plastic, acrylic, wood, stone, nonferrous metals, plywood, MDF, OSB, injection molding tooling for the production of jewelry, models, prototypes, small injection molds.
Processed materials:
- All kinds of wood (oak, birch, ash, pine, etc.) with a thickness: 150-300 mm;
- Aluminium with a thickness up to100 mm (depending on the milling cutter);
- Steel with a thickness up to 6 mm;
- Plate materials.
